Following a class action lawsuit, mobile banking app Cash App will pay $15 million for failing to protect its users from security breaches. The settlement stems from two data security incidents and company practices that allegedly exposed users to fraud and identity theft.
Eligibility for Settlement
If you are a current or former customer of Cash App or Cash App Investing, you may be eligible to claim up to $2,500 from the class action settlement. The settlement offers eligible users the opportunity to claim compensation for damages incurred as a result of the data breaches.
